Quantico is an American drama-thriller TV series created by Joshua Safran for ABC. Quantico is one of those shows we’ve all seen before. Not literally, but in terms of history and creativity, we’ve all seen it. But here’s the thing – Priyanka Chopra plays her role very convincingly. It’s more than a pretty face, that girl has talent. She manages to bring so many aspects to her character – strength, empathy, hardness, mystery and vulnerability. SHE is what makes her character alive. SHE is what drives the show. Apparently, the drama genre ventures further from the hospital or the law court and now lands at the FBI Academy. The element of mystery action is simply a mask for typical juvenile drama, it is almost like an imitation of how to get away with murder but without the charm. Of course, Quantico hosts a number of characters, but they are buried under many plot holes and simply too far away to be agents.
The show is interesting and has a “How To Get Away With Murder” vibe. Quantico still needs something unique to him, to do not good, but great. The good thing is that some of the characters are quite intriguing. They are probably thrown out to accommodate different demographics. The research’s inclusion is decent, leaving room for more dirty secrets and twists, but it feels timid compared to recent thriller like Blacklist or just there for the shock effect.
