The Snowpiercer is a very brutal and tense movie. The story is amazing and the way it is filmed is gorgeous. Sometimes you’re on the edge of your seat biting your nails. The next your thinking about the morality of some of the issues here. You can feel the cramped, claustrophobic feel in some of the train cars and all the while you are guessing and looking forward to the front car or the ending. And it doesn’t disappoint. Amazing story, beautiful special effects, great cast, splendid music and sound. Superb movie. The year is 2040 or something and an attempt to save the ozone layer and the planet went wrong – the earth is now a giant snowball. This snowball has a train going on a route all over the lost world and it’s got quite a length. The poorest ones stays in the back cars. They are treated badly and they get enough of it, so they decide to get through the doors to get to the next car. And the next one. And the next after that, each new car got something new to offer – there is an ocean of possibilities. We follow a gang as they are struggling to reach the locomotive.
